Terms and Conditions
In consideration of mutual terms and conditions contained here in STAR CARE and applicant agree as follows:
As an applicant, I am of legal age(18 year or above)and will be an independent distributor, responsible for my business and not an employee or legal representative of STAR CARE. I am joining the business on my own after due consideration of all aspects.
In case applicant is minor, he can join as STAR CARE distributor under the guidance of his/her guardian who should be above legal age.
AS a distributor,I understand that the only expenses incurred in becoming an STAR Care, distributor is the purchase of Distributor Starter Kit, which is furnished at cost by STAR Care. Handling Charge of 5.67% will be adjusted in payout to distributor.
Applicant for distributorship must be sponsored by an existing distributor (sponsor) of the company.
STAR CARE may, from time to time, amend the list of products by addition or deletion and may alter designs or specifications of all or any product. As distributor, I shall not change or alter the product in any manner without prior written consent of the management of STAR CARE
As distributor, I shall be responsible for payments of applicable taxes, which may be levied on income that generates from this agreement. I shall keep STAR CARE indemnified of the same.
As distributor, I have under stood that STAR CARE does not guarantee income or commission or profit to distributor .All returns are based on performance of the distributor.
As distributor, I will operate my own business through promotion of STAR CARE products and I will abide by all STAR CARE rules & regulations as amended from time to time.
In case of death of registered distributor, the benefit of earning, if any, shall be transferred in the name of the nominee as mentioned in this application from.
I hereby undertake that I have read, understood and familiarized my self with the terms and conditions.
STAR CARE reserves the right to terminate any distributor without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be referred to the arbitration by appointing the sole arbitrator by both the parties under the arbitration and the conciliation Act 1996. Any court proceeding arising out of the agreement are subject to Ghaziabad jurisdiction only.
